  Emu oil, all natural

The Emu is an Australian struthious bird. It belongs to the flightless birds. Therefore, running, it can reach a speed up to 50km/h. The Emu is spread all over entire Australia. This recommends a special adaption of the bird. Nature provides the Emu with a remarkable protection (Emu fat from which the oil is gained) against extreme temperatures. Already the Aborigines protected their skin with Emu oil against sunburn and coldness.

The unique thing about Emu oil is the proportion of saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids, to each other, which is very close to that of human skin.
A deficit in unsaturated fatty acids can lead to a reduced resistibility of the skin. Emu oil goes very deep into the skin tissue. It has a combination of rich vitamins (especially A and E), minerals, unsaturated fatty acids, linoleic acids and lecithin.

Use: As often as you want, spread the oil on the skin and massage it smoothly in. At room temperature, Emu oil has a thick, and cooled (for longer storage) a solid consistency. Appropriate to nurture all skin types, even: sensitive, dry, chapped, scarred, irritated or flaky skin. It also can be used as a massage oil to support the wellbeing of all joints, sinews and muscles.
